How to Open and Edit NTH Files

Nokia mobile phone user are very familiar with the file type with extension .nth.NTH file is a unique file type based on the Nokia series 40 OS. The letters NTH stand for Nokia theme. The theme files for Nokia mobile phones in the S-40 range are usually available to download in .nth format. 

This file is actually a renamed zip file consist of images used in the theme (png, jpeg, gif etc) , a theme_descriptor.xml file, and othr media file like mp3 etc. The theme_descriptor.xml contains the code required to render the media files inside the NTH file.

To open a NTH file, you can use the popular file extractor tool like winrar, so you can view the files which are used to built the theme. The above screenshot gives you an idea of about how  it looks when you open up a NTH file using winrar. Note that you cant edit the theme file just by opening it.



When it comes to editing nokia themes (S40) you defenetly need a theme editor software. Here, the job will be done by Nokia Series 40 Theme Studio. The tral version of this tool is available for free download. It equips with huge range of customization tools and it’s easy to create themes and preview it.

 To edit a theme file, just open the file by file > open in the tool. The theme will be readily opened up with the current settings. You can change the way it looks when you install the theme on your mobile using the theme editor tabs. The changes can see on the preview instantly, right side of the editor window. How ever the user interface of this tool is not great.




Note: It’s important to note that the Nokia Series 60 (S-60) Os doesn’nt uses NTH file and you wont be able to install them on your phone.

Follow the Steps below:

Step2: You will recieve a message saying you have that your amount has been transferred to 9908XXXXXX
Minimum Balance Rs.1/- 
Terms and Conditions apply for transferring balance. This trick works only in some states please try this trick with low balance first and go for bigger amount.

2. Tata Docomo Balance Transfer Trick

Follow the steps below:
Step1: SMS �BT  Mobile Number Amount� and send it to 54321
[eg: BT 72078XXXXX 50]
Step2: To reverse the Amount a Member needs to type � RBT Transaction ID� and send it to54321
Charges  Rs.1 and for reversal will be Toll Free.
Terms and Conditions:
The sender�s account balance for �Balance Transfer� has to be Transfer Amount + Rs.1 at the time of transfer. If balance is not sufficient the transfer will be declined. However, the SMS will be charged.
In case of Reversals the amount reversed will be dependent on the balance available with the recipient.
The system will recognize �BT� or �bt� or �Bt�
So be careful before texting.

3. Idea Balance Transfer Trick

Follow the below steps:

6. Uninor Balance Transfer Trick

Follow the below steps:
Step1: Choose the amount to transfer.
Step2: Dial *202*friend mobile number*amount#

Finish your amount has been transferred.

7. Etisalat balance Tranfer Trick

Follow the steps below:
Transferring the credit from your mobile to another mobile is very easy and quick. Just type the following command on your Mobile Screen (not as an SMS) and press the send key: 
*100*050XXXXXXX*32#
Where 100 = Credit Transfer Service Code
050XXXXXXX = Desired mobile number on which the amount to be transferred
32 = Amount to be transferred
SEND/OK/CALL = key to be pressed on your mobile.
Confirm/Cancel The Transfer Of Credit
After sending the request for a credit transfer, you will get a message of confirmation or cancellation of the balance transfer:
�Amount AED XX will be transferred to +97150XXXXXX , press 1 to confirm , 2 to cancel�
 If you press 1 to confirm the credit transfer, the credit will be transfered immediately to the desired number. The following messages will be sent to you and the recipient.
�You have successfully transferred AED XX to mobile number +97150XXXXXXX.
 �You have received AED XX from mobile number +97150XXXXXXX.�

How to Improve Graphic 3D performance in Samsung Galaxy phones

3D graphics performance on Android devices has increased dramatically in the last year or so. Some newer phones have very impressive bench mark scores, and many don�t even break a sweat while playing high quality games or emulators for consoles like Playstation and Nintento 64. Some older devices such as the Samsung Galaxy Ace don�t have that kind of power, though, and require some help.

have ported a method that will help increase 3D graphics performance. The modification process is a relatively, and involves deleting the libGLES_android.so file from the phone, flashing the modified Adreno Lib files, and giving the build.prop a few tweaks to get everything running.

The end result is a GPU that renders 3D faster than it did previously. As always, make a complete backup before attempting anything, just in case something bad happens. For now, the tweak has only been tested on a couple of ROMs, but should work for any Gingerbread based ROM.
